Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are sold as preorders. This policy explains how to cancel one.

Preorders

We take full payment at checkout. This lets us plan production accurately and avoid making more than we need.

You can cancel your preorder any time before it ships. Email hanchen@efrtless.com with your order number, and you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. After delivery, every order is still covered by our 90-day refund (see our Refund policy).
