Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel this kind of purchase.

Pre-orders

For all pre-order items, we collect full payment at checkout. This allows us to plan production accurately and avoid over-producing inventory.

You may cancel your pre-order any time before production begins. If you cancel within this window, we’ll refund you in full to your original payment method (minus any non-refundable payment processing fees, if applicable). Once production has started on your piece, it is already being made especially for you, and we’re no longer able to cancel the order.
