Shipping & Return

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Pre-orders will ship within 10–15 business days.
Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order ships.

Payment:
Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your pre-order.

Shipping Cost
We ship worldwide. Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Exchange & Return

We’re glad to help with size exchanges or returns, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

For U.S. refunds, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the total.

For China refunds, a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from the total. This fee does not apply if you choose store credit or an exchange.

International customers outside the U.S. and China are responsible for all return shipping to our Shanghai or Los Angeles warehouse, and their costs. We recommend using trackable shipping methods.
