90-day refund, every order

If you're not happy with your order, tell me within 90 days of delivery and you'll get a full refund to your original payment method. This applies to every order, wherever you are. To start, email hanchen@efrtless.com with your order number.

US orders

Send the item back for your refund. Items need to come back unwashed and undamaged, with their tags attached. I'll reply with return instructions, and your refund is issued once the item arrives back with us.

Exchanges are free. Email me your order number and the size you need, and I'll send you the return instructions and the new size.

Orders outside the US

You don't need to send anything back. Email me your order number and what's wrong, and I'll refund you in full. Wrong size? Tell me the size you need and I'll send it to you, no return needed.

Preorders (all countries)

You can cancel a preorder any time before it ships, for a full refund (see our Cancellation policy).

Your legal rights

If you're in the EU or UK, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. You can use our withdrawal form. Our 90-day refund gives you more than this, with no return needed.
