In-stock orders

In-stock orders ship within 3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Preorders

Full payment is taken at checkout to confirm your preorder.

Nov 8 drop (Tank 01 and Tank 02): the preorder closes on Nov 15. Each piece is made in Shanghai after the preorder closes and ships the first week of December.

For any other preorder, the expected ship date is shown on the product page.

If your order has both in-stock and preorder items, we hold the whole order and ship everything together when the preorder items are ready.

How your order ships

US orders ship from our US warehouse by USPS. Orders outside the US ship directly from Shanghai, with tracking.

Shipping costs

Free shipping worldwide on orders over $99. For orders under $99, the shipping fee is shown at checkout.

Duties

We cover import duties, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order is delivered. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is shown at checkout.

Tracking and delays

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door. Delivery times are estimates, and carriers or customs can occasionally cause delays.
